Team Protocol

OTRTR program promotes character development alongside imparting the youth with technical skills that will serve them well in near future.
Each team will comprise of at least one coach and two youngsters between the ages of 7 - 17.
Emphasis will be placed on:
1) Critical Thinking
2) Drive
3) Effective Communication
4) Focus
5) Graciousness
6) Innovation
7) Integrity
8) Team Spirit
